The Constitutional Affairs Committee
Keeping the Rules Clear and Fair
This committee looks after the party’s constitutional housekeeping.
It:
- Gives members advice on drafting motions for Conference.
- Maintains the party’s constitution and related documents, and suggests updates when needed.
- Creates and maintains template constitutions for Local and Regional Parties.
- Signs off the final constitutions of Regional Parties.
- Handles any extra duties given by Conference or the Constitution.
The Committee members are:
- Deputy President — Sam Bennett
- Ordinary Member — Jon Burree
- Representative of Welsh Young Liberals — Ifan Davies
