Spring Conference 2023

The Welsh Liberal Democrat Spring Conference 2023 will be taking place at University of Wales Trinity Saint David’s IQ Building in Swansea on the weekend of 25th and 26th March.

Following our return to in-person events this Conference promises to be packed with policy debates, fringe events, receptions and an opportunity to catch up with other party members at the Conference Dinner, which will take place at the Dylan Thomas Centre on the Saturday evening. Registration

Registration is now open, with discounted rates for Party Members who register early.

Everyone is welcome to attend Welsh Liberal Democrat Conferences. Party Members can take part in debates and vote on motions, while others can attend as Observers.

Party Members can register online or download this form and return it through the post. Discounted registration is available for Members who register before Monday 6th March.

Conference Agenda

The agenda is packed with debates on policy motions, discussions on the party's future direction and opportunities to hear from key party figures

Party Members have until 15th February to propose Topical Motions and amendments to the Policy Motions. Find out more within the agenda.
