Autumn Conference 2023

The Welsh Liberal Democrat Autumn Conference 2023 will be taking place at Wrexham's Ramada Plaza hotel on the weekend of 21st and 22nd October.

Our Autumn Conference we will be returning to the Ramada Plaza in Wrexham. All the conference activities, from debates, fringe meetings, campaign training and the Conference Dinner will all be taking place within the one building. Registration

Registration is now open, with discounted rates for Party Members who register early.

Everyone is welcome to attend Welsh Liberal Democrat Conferences. Party Members can take part in debates and vote on motions, while others can attend as Observers.

Party Members can register online or download this form and return it through the post. Discounted registration is available for Members who register before Monday 6th March.

Motions Deadline

The deadline for submitting motions to the Conference is midday on Wednesday 30th August

Motions may be submitted by Local Parties, the Welsh Party Board or Welsh Party Committees, or 20 members of the Welsh Liberal Democrats.

Motions should be emailed to conference@welshlibdems.org.uk giving the name of the local party, committee or members who are submitting the motion. The name of the members who will be speaking to the motion at the Conference, both proposing and summating, should also be given in the email submitting the motion.

Submitted Motions will be published about a week after the deadline, and the deadline for submitting amendments to those motions is midday on Wednesday 11th October.
