About Cadan
Cadan has been a committed Welsh Liberal Democrat since the age of 17. He has run winning election campaigns at every level right across Wales and beyond, including as part of the core team that won the 2019 Brecon and Radnorshire by-election.
He's also stood for election himself, including as the youngest candidate of any party in Wales at the 2015 Westminster General Election.
Cadan previously served as Chair of the Welsh Liberal Democrats and as a party spokesperson. He has joined the party staff once again after a near-decade long career working in communications for national charities, research institutes and a major arts centre.
His responsibilities
- Supporting seats with their election campaigning and directly managing key campaigns.
- Improving the campaigning skills of volunteers and staff, and building campaigning capacity throughout the Welsh party.
- Developing national campaigning material on key issues.
- Win elections.
