Hosting a Reception at the Conference will give you the opportunity to introduce your organisation to party members in a relaxed atmosphere.

A welcome reception will be held the hour before the start of the Conference on Saturday and Sunday mornings in the area immediately outside the Conference Hall. There will also be the pre-dinner drinks reception ahead of the Conference Dinner on the Saturday night.

As host you will be invited to address the reception, and Leader of the Welsh Liberal Democrats, Jane Dodds MS, will say a word of thanks. Conference organisers will also work with you to design an event that truly represents your organisation.

Hosting the Welcome Reception includes:

• An email sent to all party members introducing your organisation and inviting them to attend the reception.
• Assistance from conference organisers to design a format for the reception that best represents your organisation.
• An opportunity to address the reception and receive a thank you from Jane Dodds MS.
• Your logo and a 50 word invite to the reception on the Conference events page of our website.
• Catering & refreshments included.
• 2 complimentary Observer Passes for the whole Conference.
• (For the pre-dinner drinks reception) 2 complimentary tickets to the Conference dinner, sat at the top table.
