Expand Rural Fuel Help to Wales

The Welsh Liberal Democrats have been calling on the Government to add rural Wales to its Rural Fuel Duty Relief Scheme for over a decade, but the Conservatives have blocked us every single time. This is despite the huge differences in prices faced by those in rural areas in Wales compared to their urban counterparts and the scheme already being in place in areas such as Scotland, Devon and Yorkshire.
